Healing Power

Healing power can make a big difference to your well-being
Being a healer means to have an attitude willing to heal our neighbors and our environment, without, giving up one’s individuality.
I’ve long been a part-time healer. By this I mean that although I was a professional healer, that was not the way I earned a living. That was my hobby, however, until I was ready to take it full-time. I’ve been doing that for 15 years now and I never looked back.
Energy Rebalancing practice has been for me never any trouble – it was a continuous source of satisfaction. I can help wherever you are and no matter where you are the person who needs help. That’s one advantage we have as healers. Unlike surgeons, we can take work home. We can rebalance your energy whether the person is before us, or is many miles away.
There is no special preparation or prolonged concentration for the healing power to be effective. A few seconds are enough for me. Healing power does not imply any kind of fatigue and general feeling, both mine and the professionals I know is that, at the end of a healing, the healer is more rested and more energetic than at the start.
The healing energy has a strange feeling and is sometimes surprising. It is completely natural, however. When healing someone, people might feel a slight cold, heat or vibration. In all cases, the experience is defined as pleasant, a lightness in the body and a great clarity of mind.
In my case, it’s like watching me while I’m healing. My gestures, my words flow spontaneously and intuitively.
People are coming to experience healing power for many reasons. Most do not know many details about the process before arriving, but all are mostly confident. Some of them are not too sure if the healing will work for them, but success stories convince them to try nevertheless.
Some have a serious problem, such as cancer, AIDS, chronic infections, bone problems, phobias and other negative mind or body situations. All of them can be helped by the healing power of spiritual people.
It is not necessary that the person tell me what is their discomfort. Working on their bodies of energy – the energy fields that surround their physical bodies –  I can detect the exact problem and the cause.
Once detected, I explain to the person their problem and how to solve it. Personally, I do not feel comfortable to interfere with the intimate relationship between a person and their illness, unless she/he agrees to let the illness go. Once I have their permission, I can act.
In many cases the discomfort disappears at once – that’s the power of healing. Some people go through many expensive therapy sessions and when they see a healer, their pain can be gone at once, without them having to come back for repeated sessions.
These cases are frequent because of the instant healing that takes place quite often if you go to experienced healers. In other cases, the improvement is not immediate and may need some days to become evident. What has long been with us may need a little time to disappear. My explanation for this is that energy healing can take some time to settle in the body of the person healed.
It is interesting that, although during the healing process the person is not physically touched, many people consciously perceive the cosmic energy flowing to them from a healer during the healing process.
My experience is that this healing energy cannot lose strength with distance, or by the fact that the person is not physically in front of the healer. In fact,  the person doesn’t even have to know that I am doing the healing. On numerous occasions I have been able to diagnose and heal people from a distance without them knowing.
From my house I could heal people in cities to 600 kms., Diagnosing the body part affected, type of disease and noting that, although they did not know anything about it, had a big improvement. Children and the elderly, professionals, clerks and housewives. Many have been healed, others have had an improvement in their disease or have accelerated recovery. But in all cases, people report having felt relief not only physically, but a great peace and inner stillness.
Because not only changes at the physical level. After healing, it is possible to see the person on which it has been an increase in the level of consciousness. This raising of consciousness is a common enough experience perceptible to the existence of a large group of people who seek healing but do not do to get rid of a disease. Found physically fit people who come to rebalancing as a quick lifting of consciousness. The fact balance the energy bodies, chakras and the archetype of a person’s consciousness seems to correspond to an increase in the quality of their perceptions and entry into a new psychological and spiritual dimension.
This does not imply major changes in daily life, though in some cases may be-but greater self-confidence and a subtle but clear sense of union with the cosmic energy. In several cases of patients who have tried, their common experience has been in mental clarity, physical sensation of warmth and lightness in the body, as if they could start flying. These feelings remain during the session. When finished, slowly disappear and give place to a great inner peace and, in some cases, a happiness that I can hardly put into words. Interestingly, those of these people who had practiced a technique of personal development, compare their experiences during the healing to those who have after a long session of meditation or relaxation.
This part of the healing is a new field of research, which, surely, there are still many items to discover. The healing is not a closed territory, but is in constant evolution and enhancement. Because my experience of healing is that every session I do, I learn something new every person who comes to me, taught me some new aspect about myself and about life. This is the great miracle of Integral Energy Rebalancing: as helping others we help ourselves

Buddhist Meditation

Meditation is the practice Buddhists know very well. The meaning of meditation or bhavana means “cultivation of the mind” . It is therefore an activity that is determined to increase their understanding and wisdom that are essential for the eradication of ” dukkha “.
There are many different Buddhist meditation techniques depending on the tradition and school, for example in the Theravada Visuddhimagga there are listed up to 40 meditation methods. All of them are based on two components called Samatha (calm abiding, peace of mind) and Vipassana (direct knowledge, intuition).
We must take into account that different traditions of Buddhism Mahayana developed their own unique methods. In Buddhism Mahayana it is often described that the meditation techniques could be considered as “total” in the sense that sometimes they defend one particular type of meditation above all else. Such is the case of Buddhist meditation Zen (Zazen) or Mahamudra in Tibetan Buddhism .
Buddhism is a means of individual and social transformation. The word Buddha is a title or an epithet and not a name. It means “one who is awake” in the sense of having “woken up to reality” . The Buddha was a human being , who, through tremendous efforts, transformed and transcended his human limitations in creating a new order of Being: A Being Lit.
Buddhist Meditation Technique
Buddhist meditation does not mean only sitting on the floor to develop a contemplative awareness. To gain full benefits of Buddhist meditation you should seek a quiet place, preferably close to nature to promote the progress of meditation. You should be consistent in meditation times.
In addition you are advised to take the pose of the actual Buddha . The popular representation of the Buddha is that of a seated figure with legs crossed in the so-called lotus position . There are, however, other representations of Buddha (standing, lying down, or in a chair) which are less often used as a guide to Buddhist meditation.
In Buddhist meditation it is attempted to predispose certain mental condition that favors the samadhi or “state of maximum care and comfort.” The samadhi is considered something prior to the completion of a high understanding and also of nirvana.
In primitive Buddhism – as we know from the sources of Pali Theravada school – Buddha explains the different states or “jhanas” a practitioner should experience in his/her progress as well as how to identify and to follow certain meditation methods.
Similarly, in Mahayana Buddhism there appear similar explanations of different meditative states along with new ways to meditate. Historically, these new formulations often involves the revival of old meditation methods that are adapted to the new world.
At the core of all Buddhist meditation is a quiet and careful observation of both one’s mental processes and the phenomena of life.
Meditation in the different schools
From this common basis, throughout history different Buddhist traditions developed their own techniques of meditation according to their own historical and cultural influences. In all traditions there are many meditation techniques and variations, so sometimes it’s easy to get confused about Buddhist meditation.
However, there are some more important Buddhist meditation types that can be understood and learnt. Here they are:
Theravada Buddhism : it emphasizes the analysis and description of the different states of meditation. The meditation ritual is simple and a careful study of this meditation is strongly encouraged. This type of Buddhist meditation emphasizes a practical way to polish progressive achievements of the practitioner. The analysis and systematization of the experience of meditation is the main feature in the Theravada tradition.
Zen Buddhism : emphasizes the spontaneous nature and intuitive wisdom . The Buddhist practice of ritual is simple and it tries to find a natural harmony in the individual achievements. It avoid dualism in the understanding of reality and this feature is one of the most important ones in Zen meditation
Tibetan Buddhism : works with the unconscious symbolic mechanisms of the mind. It is a ritualistic practice that attempts to transform the practitioner’s mind through a progressive way of accomplishments. Meditation in Tibetan Buddhism is focused from the beginning to establish new psychological patterns to increase understanding of reality at deep levels. It is the most symbolic and magical of all Buddhist traditions.
Pure Land Buddhism : highlights the powerful nature of wisdom in the efforts of the individual. It is a devotional practice in which the mantras (recitations) predispose to the practitioner for an instant realization. In Pure Land Buddhism, devotion, humility and gratitude are the most distinctive outcomes.
Buddhist meditation in the world
In general, Buddhism provides many explanations and analysis of different states of mind during meditation and their psychological factors and conditions.
Buddhism is very generally recognized as the most sophisticated spiritual practice because of its contemplative techniques. Due to the pragmatic approach of the Buddhist religion, sometimes this sophistication has also been useful to approach people of other religions.
Often different techniques have been adopted by practitioners of other religions within their own contexts. It has also been used as an aid for psychological therapy or physical health.
In several European countries, it is being used successfully and regularly to help the rehabilitation of prisoners, and its recent successes with anorexia are sometimes spectacular, being praised both in medical and scientific studies.
Also recently, the scientific community has been interested in deciphering physiologically Buddhist meditation techniques (National Geopraphic) . The revitalizing of this ancient practice is viewed with joy from the Buddhist community, as it always has been considered something quite beneficial to the happiness of individuals.
How to do Buddhist Meditation
Today, meditation can be a key tool of self-control and, moreover, can help us find peace and happiness.
Contrary to what many people think it is not necessary to have a teacher or a group or go to a temple or a special place to meditate. Of course, if you would like to do that, you surely can. But anyway, the point is that you can learn to meditate in the corner of your home where you feel most comfortable using only a fraction of your time.
Now the first thing you should understand before you start to meditate is that you have to have faith in what you’re doing, and how this meditation will help you. I will soon show you the steps to get started on the path of Buddhist meditation.
There is no reason to have conflict of religion or anything like that, just think that in your meditation you are addressing a universal being. I encourage you to learn Buddhist meditation because it is quite easy to do and is suitable for people looking for a form of meditation that is quick and not complicated.
How to do Buddhist Mediation – steps
1. First, define the place where you meditate every day. It should be calm, free from interruptions, should radiate with peace and serenity, and above all, should be private (where you can be left undisturbed for at least 15 minutes).
2. Preferably, light a candle or incense, but if you do not have anything on hand that’s okay.
3. Sit in the position you’re most comfortable.
4. Try to clear your mind of problems and concerns, in general, try to keep it blank.
5. Begin to see light, think of positive things, happiness and peace.
6. Stay in this state for about 15 or 20 minutes, then with practice, you will be able to effortlessly extend this time.
Strange and incredible as it sounds, you will see that this practice will really help you in many aspects of your life. If you do it regularly and with faith, things will begin to change in your life – negativity will diminish whilst positive things in your life will increase.

Loving the Now

I believe an exciting life is fuelled by the passion burning inside of us. It is the one in which one is living their dream and feeling happy and grateful every moment. There is peace in one’s heart along with the constant desire to explore more and experience more. Once we start living our dream it is hard to go back. It is hard to go back to where we have been, after all that we have expanded to.
If we are not moving forward then we are stuck in the present condition. The reason we are stuck in the present condition is because it is comfortable, and change is always scary. We usually do not believe we will survive the change. So the typical response to a comfortable present is to hate and demean it, while dreaming about a glorious future. This is not helpful as we are in a negative state of mind and by the law of attraction we will attract more negative events which will make it worse. The best thing to do is to love the present and envision the future. It is also the smoothest way for the transition to take place, as the vibration of love allows everything to unfold easily. Even we will notice that we are more energetic and flexible when in a state of appreciation and love.At other times we seem to be dragging our bodies along and everything seems like an effort.
The challenge is then to love the now reality of your life even when we are fed up with it or uncomfortable in it. To find the tiny slivers of light in the seeming darkness. Well, it is not that hard as when we find one tiny thing, the law of attraction will help us in finding more. Once we have spent enough time finding the best of things that surrounds us, the people that surround us, our vibration increases substancially and we are inspired to do new actions, filled with more energy and there is a change in the landscape, where we find ourselves even though it is for a short period of time.
Many times we find ourselves tempted to start with the issue that is bothering us the most and it is the hardest to find a good feeling thought on. It is better to start with things that are easy to appreciate.Once we find enough of them, we can feel our energy rising and find ourselves with more willingness and zest to start working towards the solution of the issue. This also helps us to start developing positive expectation about the visions that we have for ourselves. Mainly, that it will unfold easily and everything will work out for our own good.
As whatever we focus on, expands, the positive aspects we focus on have to expand. Some years back, when I was studying in college I used to call my room “Garden Suite”, because it was big, filled with sunshine and faced a garden. I ignored the fact that the paint was peeling, the ceiling leaked sometimes, the noise outside was too much and it was too dull and plain. I always admired the garden and the sunset outside, and stuck tons of magazine cutouts on my closet doors and posters on the wall to make it cheerful. Well, after finishing my college, I moved to US to study further and directly moved into an apartment my friend selected for me which was named “Briarwood Garden Apartments”. It was big and spacious and faced a little garden and a pool! In fact, we loved the place so much that we used to call it “Briarwood Garden Resort”. This was a minute’s walk away from a main road which was lined with bright stores and restaurants just like the place I grew up in! The best thing was that I never really expected all of this and I didn’t choose the place myself. Just by being appreciative and grateful I was drawn to this wonderful place and I still live there.
It is hard for our rational minds to conjure that it can be this easy, but our beliefs create our reality. The awful part is that once the reality is created, our beliefs get strengthened which create more of the same and we get stuck in this vicious cycle. The challenge is to even conjure a new thought which is completely different from this attention grabing now and being persistent enough till it becomes comfortable to have that thought. To persevere till that thought becomes our reality.
We can start in small portions, by noticing the good in others and responding differently. By responding differently to our own self-criticism. By being more forgiving and allowing. There is no fun and newness in being rigid, it is better to be flexible with our thoughts and actions. As we give more, we will also be receiving more. It is better than to be waiting to be the recipient of someone’s kindness.
The more we embrace all that is around, the more the world opens up for our embrace. It is not a big leap, we can always start small. The new pathways, encounters, places, treasures that open up for us will be amazing and it will be something we have always dreamed about but never really dared to expect.
Well, after writing this article, I had a funny and exciting conversation with my friend where we shared our dreams and made some travel plans, followed by a wonderful home made meal which was just perfect. Try it out and see what happens to you!

Tools to Open Doors: How to Overcome Obstacles

People start their inner journey for many different reasons, and from different perspectives.
Some feel depressed, or lost, maybe they’ve got an issue they want to understand and/or heal…
While others feel drawn to do inner research out of curiosity.
Regardless of our reasons, paths or approaches, at some point, we face our fears, and accept our limitations.
In order to expand, to become who we truly are, we need to overcome both.
Some give up when challenged, thinking it is too much to handle.
But fear is just an illusion. The Ego’s attempt to protect us from changes.
Love – is the only thing real.
Keep this in mind, as Love is also the best, and most reliable, all-round tool.
Simply wrap Love around issues, hostile people or situations, past, present or future,
Love provides. Always.
According to the Law of attraction, like attracts like. When you feel terrible, you attract more terrible… This is not what you want, or need, and to defeat bad moods, I’d like to give you a couple of shortcuts:
Programming your mind to help you feel good.
A moment you feel extremely good- Preferably in a mood containing all of these feelings : Joyous, inspired, grateful, happy and confident. Press two fingers together, Thumb and the one most convenient, while stating (either out loud, or just in your mind, but be sincere) that every time you press these two fingers together, you will feel exactly the same way you feel “right now”.
And, that’s it. The next time you’re in a bad mood, press your chosen fingers together and relax…
See what happens, or rather; Feel . :-)
If , by any chance, these feelings, or the combination of them, seems impossible for you to experience “nowadays”, simply close your eyes and recall a moment when you felt like that, for instance once you achieved success, How did you feel that very moment?
Just amazing, right?
Let that feeling spread throughout your entire being. THEN follow the description on programming your mind.
This technique can also be used to resolve a problem, or a situation that makes you feel “drained” or “stuck”.
Fact is, you are never truly drained or stuck, but sometimes it sure that way.
-So,to be more accurate; You can also use it resolving a problem, or situation that makes you feel helpless and clueless, and in lack of the energy needed to get through.
(You may need some help from a friend, the first time)
1. With closed eyes, feeling relaxed and calm; Remember a moment of success, see yourself in it, feel how you felt back then. Also see yourself express that feeling freely.
Back then, you were probably in a crowd? And, if so, you couldn’t truly unfold.
Do so now. In your mind. When you feel like human fireworks, enjoy the feeling, let it fill you.
2. Press two fingers together, programming / stating that this feeling will fill your being, every time you press these two fingers together. Then release.
3. Leave the situation.
4. Visualise the situation you want to solve. Imagine each and every one and -thing involved in it, standing in a room. How do you feel? Awful, right?
5. Use your “success-key” (fingers)
..Hold till that amazing feeling fills you. Then stay in the feeling. What happens ?
Watch the renewed situation unfold..
This is the outcome of the situation, should you choose to solve it, with the success-energy…that you just brought into it..
Remember; You are free to use your success-key, any time you’d like.

Consequences of Unconscious Thinking

Unconscious thinking refers to the type of thinking where you completely identify yourself with the thinking process.
People that do not know that they can control their own thinking let their thoughts have complete control over them.
Because of that they emotionaly react to external circumstances which form their future.
Such people are reactive, not pro-active and therefore their future depends not on them, but on external events that happen in their lives.
Sometimes even when you can control your mind some events can bring out unconscious thinking in you.
This can happen when someone starts an argument and you spontaneously argue back. There was no awareness behind your fighting back therefore that happened unconsciously.
Most hopeless and depressed people suffer their entire lives because they think that they cannot have any control over their thinking. They completely identify themselves with their thoughts and consider their thinking to be who they are.
How unconscious thinking is formed
Such thinking can form with time and it can also be inherited from past generations.
Usually it is harder to spot the latter type of unconscious thinking as it is so deeply rooted in you. Such unconscious thinking can come in disguise of the silent voice in your head that says words like “You will not make it”, “It is not for you”, “Your are not good enough” and similar.
When unconscious mind is formed with time, this usually happens with the habit formation. Once the habit is rooted in your mind, it becomes unconscious. That’s how your unconscious thinking arises. I will give you an example to understand this process better.
Let’s say you try smoking for the first time. You light up a cigarette and inhale the smoke. You are doing everything consciously as this is the first time of smoking. Next day you still smoke consciously. After a month you are doing that half consciously and after a couple of months this habit goes so deep in you that it becomes unconscious. One day you don’t even realise that you are inhaling a smoke.
If you finally decide to quit smoking, after some days you will get a feeling of needing to light up a cigarette and inhale a smoke. If you do not do that, you will get a persistent voice telling you that you need to have a smoke. This is an example of unconscious thinking in operation.
Most people think that voices in their head are always right. But such voices are nothing more than conditioned thoughts (mainly caused by habits) that were taken for granted for a long time. They grew stronger until you completely identified with them.
You should understand that thinking is just thinking. Thoughts are nothing more than opinions and beliefs formed by you or someone else. It is not who you are. You should use your thinking as a tool to express your true self, the consciousness, rather than listen to your thoughts and take them as truth.
Being present vs. thinking unconsciously
Unconscious thinking is almost always wrong or limited in some way. It is much more beneficial to become aware of the present moment, identify the consciousness inside you and be guided by it.
When you take time every day just to be in the present moment and put your thinking at rest, you will be surprised how quickly your life will fall into place. You will get into the flow of life and have no big obstacles in your way.
So to completely ignore the unconscious thinking you will need to regard the thoughts you get in your head as just thoughts, rather that something important you have to act on. You will also need to observe your thoughts so that you would emotionally disengage from them.
Once you are able to observe your thoughts, you should take time to be in the present. To do that you can meditate or just sit still. This will put you in touch with the present moment and get you in the flow of life. It will also align all the circumstances in your life in a way that they will always lead you to your desires and goals.
You should never be concerned about what tomorrow will bring to you. Try to be in the present moment and act on what needs to be acted upon now. This way you will stop uselessly worrying about problems to come and peacefully live in the present.
Gradually your internal state of mind will reflect this change in your lifestyle. You will feel peaceful and joyful. You will never worry about anything. Consequently you will create an amazing future.
How to use consciousness to get perfect results
When a person is completely ruled be the unconscious thinking, he/she becomes a slave to the circumstances and has no power over the future. But if you control your thinking, you create your own destiny.
To think consciously you will need to be aware of the situation you are in. You should not allow your thoughts to take you away from the situation you are experiencing now. For example, if someone is asking you a question, or telling you a story, you should not think of what you are going to have for lunch today.
When someone is talking to you, especially when you are asked a question, you should be totally present and not thinking about something unrelated. You should be entirely focus on the current situation as only then you will be able to think and respond consciously. Conscious response will always be the best, clearest and most effective response.
It is easy to recognise when people answer questions using their unconscious thinking. They usually do not even answer what they were asked about, or their answer is vague and time consuming. Such answers are forming who you are, and if you only produce vague answers and take wrong actions, your future will be unsatisfying.
However, if every single answer and action you take is precise and clear, you will consciously create a great future.
Benefits of unconscious thinking
There are certain benefits you can get from thinking unconsciously. For example, if you learn some skill, like playing piano, and perform it for some time, it becomes unconscious. Because of that, you do not need to extensively think about it every time you are performing certain act. This way you do not tire yourself with the same thinking because this process has been taken care of by the unconscious mind.
Therefore it is useful to form good habits and make them into your unconscious thinking. But be aware that it is much easier to form bad habits than good ones and it is much harder to get rid of them.
Conclusion
Although unconscious thinking is the main reason behind so many failures in peoples lives, it can serve to your advantage too.
If you are aware of your thinking process and are able to control it, you can consciously form good habits. They will eventually become unconscious and bring many benefits to your life.

How Thought Vibration Works

Thought vibration cannot be heard, seen or smelled. However, it is as real as anything that you see around you.
This vibration is so intense that it takes shape instantly in a non-physical reality.
However, as it cannot be sensed in this physical world, you may not give much significance to it.
Thought vibration is higher than your senses can detect.
Your senses are capable to catch just a friction of the vibrations surrounding you. You miss out on most of the reality as a result.
Thought vibration is similar to radio waves. However, radio waves are within the range of your perception, therefore you are able to hear them.
You may find it hard to believe that thoughts are powerful enough to manifest themselves into your reality. Why? Because it is hard for you to perceive something that you cannot touch, hear or smell. However, thoughts create your life no matter if you believe it or not.
Thought vibration works the same way as a magnet. Magnet has the capability to attract very heavy objects to itself, yet you cannot see the force causing the attraction. However, you do not neglect the fact that magnet attracts objects.
The only difference in magnet force is that it can instantly attract objects to itself. Thought, however, takes time to manifest. Why? Because firstly you manifest goals in a non-physical reality. Then this manifestation needs your persistence to finally present itself in your reality.
You might ask at this point why your manifestation needs persistence to come. Why can’t it manifest instantly? My honest answer would be that I don’t know. It could be so to protect you. As if you think about something horrible, you would not want this manifestation to come instantly to your life, would you?
Most people’s minds are so untrained, it is pure chaos there. It would be too much for a person to handle if he would manifest everything he is thinking of.
It might also be this way so as to reward only those who are persistent enough. It would not be fair for everyone to have what they wish because even lazy people would get all they want.
So you may notice a balance here. Those that take time to learn thought vibration will eventually apply everything they know and manifest whatever they desire. Yet lazy people will get results that resonate with their behaviour. Life is fair, isn’t it?
Thought Vibration Application
As soon as you think of something, you create it in a non-physical reality. It waits for you to get it. You keep thinking of it, and it comes closer and closer to you. Everything is good so far. But here’s where most people fail. They forget to take action.
You have to take some action to get what you want. If you don’t move, you will not get any results.
You can act in two ways. First (my favourite one) works this way:
You think of a thought, hold it long enough and then wait. After some time (couple of days or even hours) you will get some idea. This idea comes from the unconscious, starting to guide you towards the achievement of your goal.
If the idea seems right for you, you should act on it straight away – don’t forget to thank for it though.
You will know if the idea has reached you through the unconscious rather than from your own logical mind. The idea will be ‘out of the blue’ and uncommon to your thinking.
I will give you a personal example here. I started to invite thought into reality through positive affirmations. I kept repeating: “Every day I receive plenty of money making ideas, I act on them and make plenty of money.” Did it work? You bet!!!
Great ideas started to pour out of nowhere. I would turn on my laptop, browse through some websites, and just spot the opportunities to make money. I would also get offers straight to my email inbox.
I got so many money making ideas that I did not know where to start! I had to stop these affirmations and really make some decisions. I took two great ideas and started to work on them.
My mind was calm as I knew that these ideas came from the unconscious through the direct request of mine. I knew that they will make money, as I asked for the money making ideas.
Another way you could act is by taking any action while thinking about your goal. Just keep the goal at the back of your mind at all times, and take any action that you think will lead to the achievement of the goal.
This way you will start the process of manifestation. You may notice that you may be corrected later on if you take the wrong action. Something may happen which will cause you to take a different action. That is okay, just go with the flow. No resistance is needed.
Thought vibration also has some obstacles to go through. These obstacles are thoughts of others. You are not the only thinking person in this world. The ether is filled with billions of thoughts. Some of them resonate with yours, some don’t.
If your goal is very big (e.g., if you are poor and you want to become a multi-millionaire), your thought will have to travel a long way.
That’s why it is important to hold your thought long enough. You have to keep refuelling this vibration, until it is strong and can travel on its own.
Not even mentioning thoughts of others, what about your own thoughts? You may have hundreds of different thoughts in your head that conflict with each other. So if you want to become very wealthy, but some of your thoughts are about impossibility of becoming wealthy, how can you manifest riches?
The way to get rid of your limiting beliefs is by using positive affirmations (to change mindset) and meditation (to get rid of negative thoughts). These two steps I highly recommend. Them alone can make you very successful.
Once you get rid of your limiting beliefs you will notice that goals manifest much quicker. It is because the vibration you send does not have as many obstacles to go through. You will spend less time visualising and refuelling your dreams. They will manifest much easier.
Thoughts also have the capability to multiply themselves. This is because of the law of increase. If you keep thinking about riches, you will be able to attract other people’s thoughts about riches. It will strengthen your vibration and you will eventually become rich.
The only thing is, there are many more people who have limiting and depressed thoughts… That’s why it is much easier to become poor and a coward than to become wealthy and courageous.
If you introduce some limiting thought vibration in your head, it will waste no time inviting its friends: sad, depressing, angry and worrying thoughts.
This especially applies if you live with fearful people or have angry neighbours. As soon as you become angry, their thoughts will find you and deepen your anger.
If you want to become a successful person, you will have to be persistent in positive thinking. Others positive thoughts will reach you, but you may feel it only slightly.
Distance plays a role here. If a very successful person is far away from you, his/her thought will reach you. However, it will not be felt as strongly as some limiting thought you might get from your neighbour.
I know that it is easy to fall into the depressing thought vibration. But you have to think only positively if you want to get out of your current reality. Only you can help yourself, no one else can.
If you find it hard to hold positive thought vibration, just think about the rewards you will get. Is living your dream worth spending time thinking positively? I’m sure it is.
Don’t ever give up in whatever you do. Do not fall back where the masses are. It’s too crowded there anyway.
It is so much better to live a life of your dreams. And it is achievable. You will have to pay the price, of course, but the rewards will be worth every second of your persistence.

Uncommon Thinking – How to Avoid Mistakes of The Masses

The use of uncommon thinking is the best way to instantly succeed in any situation or task.
Masses use the same thinking patterns of the past generations.
They do not question if they still work today or not, they just keep following the same belief systems, values and rules.
If you would like to check which type of thinking you use, here is how to do it:
Take a blank piece of paper and a pen. Draw a box in the middle of it. Then draw yourself in the same paper.
Now let’s check what type of thinking you use:
If you have drawn yourself in the box, it means that your thinking is common.
Whereas if you have drawn yourself outside the box, your thinking is uncommon.
Uncommon thinking is also referred as thinking outside-the-box, you see. It means creating your own rules, not listening to the herd.
I agree with Oscar Wilde’s quote:
“Everything popular is wrong.”
If you would do everything opposite to the masses, you would succeed in almost everything.
Common thinking is wrong
Masses have nine to five jobs. They do not question if it is good or bad. They just go to work every day, five days a week. They watch TV. They go to the cinema or order a pizza on some weekends. They live regular masses’ lives…
Successful people do everything opposite to the masses. Their uncommon thinking brings them more and more riches, whilst masses’ common thinking makes them more and more poor.
Uncommon thinking can be used in every situation. If you do not get the results you like, or get very bad results, do the exact opposite of what caused those poor results. You may find that your opposite action will produce excellent results!
People that use uncommon thinking always question generally accepted rules and ways to live. For example, is it really worth working all your life just to get some peace prior to death (I am referring to the retirement)? Is this really such a great idea?
Wouldn’t it be better to have peace now, not over-strain yourself, and enjoy all your life? Isn’t it better to experience good things when you still can enjoy them?
The most depressing thing I find is that masses always watch TV. They do not question anything concerning media.
They think they must know what happened in the world, they must follow news and they must read newspapers. If you still watch TV, you will find it eye-opening to read my article about media mind control.
The practice of uncommon thinking
Uncommon thinking can be developed. All you should do is start questioning the standards that are accepted in this world.
You should question if the rules are necessary, if they are beneficial. If not, how can you remake them? What can you do differently? How can you go around them?
Common saying among masses is that “you have to work hard to succeed in this life”. Is it really so? Of course not. People that work hard never succeed. They work themselves to death. They become grumpy and start complaining about the hardships. They see no excitement in life. They have no hobbies or goals to achieve. They are like the living dead.
You don’t have to work hard at all. You have to work smart. You can use the 80/20 principle if you want to achieve great results with least work.
You should do what you mostly love. You need to create value, give a lot, then you will receive even more. Nothing hard. Just pleasure.
The Sleeping society
There are so many unnecessary rules and boundaries that masses accept, it always amazes me. When you really stay aside and observe the masses, you will see that they act as if they have been hypnotised. No uncommon thinking there – just predictable movements.
They go to work, go shopping, spend all their money, go to work again, wait for their paychecks, go and borrow money, shop more, get their paychecks…
They find partners, they marry, they have kids, they teach kids that life is hard, kids buy into it, kids grow and go to work….
Horrible never ending circle. This is also called a rat-race.
Sometimes I really want to say to such people “Wake up, there is an exciting world out there!” The question is, would they believe me, being trapped in the circle of limiting beliefs and imaginary fears? …Probably not.
I don’t know why masses think that if the majority of people do something, it has to be right. They follow what the majority do, therefore they get mediocre results.
Do you know that it is much easier to achieve really huge goals than mediocre ones? This is because there is so little competition at the top. Why? Because masses don’t have big goals, they all compete to achieve mediocre goals.
Therefore achieving small goals is much harder.
When you aim for the highest, there is no real competition. When you aim high, you create your way to the top. You don’t compete. No one is trying take anything away from you. There are much less rules and regulations.
Whereas when you try to achieve a small goal (e.g. get a job), there are many competitors there. They will use even unethical ways to get what they want. Their mentality tells them to “eat or be eaten”.
Can you see now that it’s better to spend your time creating your own business (which is far easier than you think) rather than spend your time learning skills for the next career move?
High achievers
Uncommon thinking makes people successful. You can easily notice that very successful people never followed a common heard. They were always different.
Or, in another scenario, they may have been in the masses, but then they started questioning such way of living. They started to wonder “Is this all this life can offer?” And it started from there.
Uncommon thinking can be learnt. Just start questioning this reality. You don’t have to be smart to start thinking outside-the-box. You should just do the opposite to what the masses do.
Trust me, it will be easy and fun.
Good luck on your way to the top!

Thought Power – The Tool For Deliberate Creation

Thought power is a simple concept to understand if you know the basis of everything in this universe.
Everything is energy. What you see is your interpretation of energy vibration.
When the energy is dense, you see a solid object (although it is not solid when you magnify it).
The less dense the energy, the less likely you are to see an object.
Energy of different objects has a certain vibration. For example, there is a vibration of a table, chair, tree, thoughts, etc.
Each vibration has a frequency. The higher the frequency, the more powerful the object is.
Because vibration is the energy in motion, when something is on a very high frequency, your five senses cannot interpret it. Therefore you have no idea how the object looks or what it does.
Thoughts have a very high frequency therefore you cannot hear, see or smell them. They are so powerful that they have the ability to manifest themselves. Thought power is the only tool for deliberate creation.
How to use thought power to manifest
To think an object into being you should firstly think of an object or experience you would like to have. Then you should visualise it for as long as you can (but at least spend one minute continuously visualising that experience, without any interruptions).
Then you should relax and expect the manifestation to occur, without introducing any opposite thoughts. If you do, you will overwrite you wish and different manifestation will take place or nothing will manifest at all.
If you are impatient, you are resisting the manifestation or slowing it down. If you visualise but do not believe that your wish will manifest, be assured that it will not.
If you visualise and then forget about your wish, then you are not resisting and you let the universe do its work. This way manifestation will come very quickly.
If you visualise and then after some time visualise the same thing again, your manifestation will come quicker.
If there is slightest disbelief about the manifestation of your wish, you are seriously slowing down the manifestation. That gives time for more thoughts of disbelief and frustration.
Therefore it is important that if you are just starting in this process, you should try to manifest something small. This way you will have no difficulty in believing that you can get your wish.
When you become good at manifesting, you can think of bigger desires.
The misuse of thought power
Most people do not realise what a powerful tool they all have. They do not understand that by observing their reality they are creating the same experience for the future.
Some things can change, but they will be in the same vibration. For example, if you have an old Honda and then you sell it and buy and old Audi. Different cars but the same vibration.
The worst thing that these unconscious people do is that they keep complaining about their reality. They do not realise that by complaining they are creating more of the same thing.
Wouldn’t it be nicer and more interesting to completely disregard what you do not like in your current reality and focus on things that you enjoy, even if they are all in your imagination? This way you will get out of your circumstances and consciously create your desired life.
Some people think that it cannot possibly be that simple to change their lives. They would rather follow complicated techniques or rules of others.
Such people cannot understand that their thoughts create everything in their lives. They think that there is something more involved that does not let them have pleasurable experiences.
However, there is no external force that works against you. It is just your thought power that is sometimes misused that creates everything around you.
Less actions, more thought power
If people could only stop taking so much action and just think the object into being, the world would be so much nicer place to live in. There will be less diseases, anger, frustration, discrimination and other negative manifestations. There will be no competition whatsoever because you can create everything you wish, no one is going to take what is yours away from you.
Usually, when people are not happy with the place they are in, they straight away take some action to change it. Mostly they take this action from dissatisfaction and frustration about the current surroundings.
Therefore they give the energy of frustration and dissatisfaction to their action. This, of course, manifests more frustration and dissatisfaction. They keep going this way until something more serious happens. They get sick or suffer from nervous breakdown. Or they simply give up and conclude that this is what they deserve and they cannot change their circumstances.
It is important to understand that no action is good action if taken by a person who feels unhappy or angry or feels some other negative emotion. If you are in such state of mind it is better not to take any action at all.
However, if you feel happy, eager, inspired, empowered or feel any other positive emotion, every action you will take will lead you to a better life.
And if you firstly think of what experience you want to have and then relax and do nothing, you will soon be inspired to take the action that is the exact action you need to take for the manifestation to take place. That is the easiest and fastest way to use thought power effectively. However, I understand that to some this may sound too easy. But that is how it is.
The bad thing about this technique is that the standards of the society often clash with it. People are taught to work hard, and those that do not work this way are called lazy. Yet you can work hard and be unhappy for all your life.
If you follow this technique and do nothing or enjoy your time anyway you like, but then start feeling guilty that you do not take constant action, you will prevent the manifestation from taking place. Guilt is a very negative feeling and is responsible for many diseases and unhappy lives. You should never punish yourself with guilt.
When you start gradually taking less action, you will feel that without much effort you will get much more in return than you ever did. Wouldn’t be nicer to always take action only when you are inspired to do so? And you can. It is all up to you.
Also, if you are trying to think an object into being, but you constantly focus on its absence, then you will only manifest its absence. Therefore is is very important to feel as if though you already have your desire.
Conclusion
Although widely misused, thought power is the only tool to create better life circumstances. If you learn how to deliberately create your reality, you will no longer fear anything because you will realise that it is entirely up to you what experiences you will have.
Thought has such a high vibration that it can manifest itself. This shows that thoughts are one of the most powerful means to achieve your desires.
You are able to manifest absolutely everything into your experience through thought power. However, if you do not believe that you can manifest something, you will only manifest the lack of it. So be careful not to misuse the power your thoughts.

How Self-Sabotage Works

It is very tricky to recognise self-sabotage when you are the one who is causing it.
It is easy to see when other people sabotage themselves because you can look at this process as an observer.
However, when you are the one involved in all the emotions and uncertainty, it is quite easy to overlook this failure factor.
Some people sabotage themselves when it comes to money, some do it with relationships or achievement. I personally had the most trouble with achievement. I felt that I can be successful to a certain degree and that huge success was just not what I deserved.
Self-sabotage is triggered when you try to achieve more than your self-image allows you to achieve. You have a certain opinion about yourself and you look at yourself in a certain way that determines how much success you can achieve. Because we all have some limiting beliefs, almost no people can clearly see their true selves.
Dr Maxwell Maltz, the author of Psycho-Cybernetics got it absolutely right by saying that self-image is like a rubber band (he called this phenomena “the snap-back effect”). He said that you can stretch the rubber band only to a certain length and hold it only for a certain time until you get weak or get distracted and the rubber band will then snap back to its true shape.
That’s what happens to people who try to achieve something beyond anything else they have ever achieved. Sooner or later they sabotage themselves in some way and get back to their normal levels of achievement.
The good news is that self-sabotage can be eliminated. It is very hard to change consciously though because you have to always fight with your limiting beliefs. However, your unconscious mind does not need any convincing to change. If you manage to reach it, it will eliminate your limiting beliefs for you because by working on a deeper level you can go beyond limiting beliefs.
Unconscious mind can be reached consciously, but it takes quite a while. This can be done through affirmations and through constant looking at pictures of your goal or reading written affirmations. But there is a quicker way to change. You can do that by accessing your unconscious mind through the altered levels of consciousness.
You can reach such consciousness levels by hypnosis, self-hypnosis, just before sleep and sometimes after waking up. There are other ways to access such levels of consciousness, but these ones are the easiest to achieve.
Altered levels of consciousness do not mean that you have to be in a trance to experience them. You just need to feel different to how you usually feel. For example, if you are a visual person (you think in pictures), whenever you start feeling or hearing more than you focus on images, it means you are in an altered state of consciousness.
This sometimes happens when you are in a lecture or in some meeting and you feel very bored. You start feeling differently and you see blurry images or your hearing sharpens. That means you have achieved a different state of consciousness.
So once you are in such state, visualise that you have achieved your goal. See yourself as having more money, being more confident or successful. The more often you do that, the quicker you will alter your self image.
Once your self image is improved, you will be able to achieve more success without any extra effort. You see, hard work is not a solution. People work hard but they don’t achieve more because through hard work they try to compensate for their weak self-images. That never brings any good results.
Once you have a positive self-image, you will naturally make different choices in life and therefore you will get better results. So you will not work harder, you will just work in a different way (smarter).
If you have not read Psycho-Cybernetics yet, I strongly advise you to do so. This book describes self-image in great detail and gives many techniques you can use to change your self-image. This book has changed the lives of millions so do not miss out on the book that can change your life too!
